Applications, Ticket Sales, and Dues
Happy almost weekend everyone!
Here are a couple of reminders and updates on Barn Dance ticket sales!
Barn Dance Ticket Sales
We will be selling tickets tomorrow, Friday October 13th, from 1:00-5:00pm at the Courtyard Cafe in the union! After those times, you can venmo @Lucy-Lu-14 and you can pick up your tickets on Monday. Sale times for Monday will be announced soon. You can also email us or message our facebook page and we can set up a time for you to purchase your tickets this weekend.
DUES
Dues this semester will be $10 if you get them in before October 14th. After October 14th, they are $15. We will be collecting them at all our events this month. It is pertinent that we get dues as early as possible that way we can plan and provide for awesome and exciting events for you guys! Please contact a board member or email us if you have any questions or concerns. You can submit your dues during any of the times we're selling barn dance tickets. If those times don't work for you, please email us or message us on Facebook and we'd be happy to work things out.

COMMITTEE APPLICATIONS
We are accepting applications to join the External Committee. The External Committee focuses on conducting alumna workshops, meetings, and conferences for members. You would also be involved in connecting with recruiters for lasting partnership with iWiE such as recruiter info sessions and case studies. Other roles include contacting other RSOs to collaborate events and reaching out to other UWE chapters for collaborative events. The average weekly commitment is 2-3 hours a week depending on the event schedule.
Applications are due on Sunday, October 15th, at 11:59pm. You MUST pay your dues on time. Special consideration will be given to those who participate in iWiE events. You can submit your application here: https://goo.gl/forms/kRpOGgRAhJbl1pGJ2
Being on a committee gives you great experience that will help you be prepared for potentially being on the exec board! So if you're interested in joining the the executive board, this gives you a chance to learn what it takes!
